"The pay was not enough for the amount of work I had to do. But if it's your first job and you need money then you can consider it as an option. The pro was that I was able to eat free. I just wish the pay was more.free lunchesshort breaks, low pay"

Shift Leader (Former Employee) says

"I never meet a group of higher ups in a company, talk so bad about the company they work for.. The training process is all over there place.. if u not from Guatemala or elsavador do not apply .. It was so hard to train with some one who cant speak the same language as you.NoneHalf off on your foos"

cashier/waitress (Former Employee) says

"worse place to work . I hate it so much . the management sucks , too many hours . no brakes at all sometimes . over work people they would kill you don't work here"

CASHIER (Former Employee) says

"They treat there employees bad, it was a good 1st job and learning experience. They need to do better as a company the hardest part was me working there. I had good co workers at work very nice. My most enjoyed part at work where my co workers.sometimes didnt take lunches10 mins breaks"

Team Member (Current Employee) says

"Although I did learn about food and customer service I cannot say it was a very pleasant experience. The most enjoyable part of the job were the co-workers. A regular day would consist of me being waiter, cashier, busboy and really many other jobs20% off food and friendly staffno breaks. no advancement. no benefits"

Cashier (Former Employee) says

"people take advantage. and a lot of the workers make inapropiate comments"

Empleado General (Former Employee) says

"Es una empresa nueva en Puerto Rico que todavía se tiene que adaptar ala idiosincrasia de nosotros.Horas extrasFalta de estructura"

Cashier (Former Employee) says

"It was a great job but every time they kept changing managers the job was getting harder and harder and harder and for my experience working I never had a job so hot like that sometimes they treat you like a slaveit's not all managers is some of themThey never give a free lunch"

Dishwasher/Prep Cook (Former Employee) says

"Managers abd general manager at that workplace don't have a good attitude about any employee. They scold you, and they personally held my paycheck from me for over a month and a half. They also don't give people the breaks that they need.Food at break is free.Negative attitudes, disbonest, dirty."

Cook/Cashier (Former Employee) says

"When there are orders from the morning, if you are closing, they will or will not let you know, depending if they like you or not. They do not have enough cleaning utensils to clean the friers and the oven. For the oven, they give you degreaser with water.50% discount on food while in shift. 10% when off-shift.If they like you, you will have a good experience working there. If they don't, you will hate the job."

Fry Cook (Former Employee) says

"You could've cleaned the place and have everything done and leave for the night just to find out in the morning or afternoon when you come in to be yelled at by the owner because you had apparently not cleaned and he did not have the decency to check the cameras because he believes what he thinks instead of having to check. The managers quickly ran to the boss in case you were using the bathroom just to find any excuse to have you brought down in case they don't seem to like you.Nothingeverything"

Cashier and Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"Often very under staffed and always doing multiple things at once than the job description did not ask for. I would start work at 5 and sometimes wouldn't leave until 3 in the morning. Very bad customer service and bad employee guidness.Good FoodUnorganized, unprofessional"

Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"Management was very poor, there were " favorites " as well as doing things they weren't supposed to do while on the job. Team members gossiped a lot instead of working we were always off on our drive thru time due to thatgood foodcustomers, management"

Shift Leader (Former Employee) says

"if your a fast learner can get a promotion very quickly. does not pay well and may not be a career job unless working for corporate. very fast paced job."

General Manager (Current Employee) says

"Companies that miscommunicate and constantly change policies tend to micromanage and inhibit the growth of middle management employees. This is very frustrating.Ground floor start entry opportunitytoo many middle and upper management conflicts"

Server (Former Employee) says

"It was always busy. I learned to work in a team, if one person messed up we all messed up. Management wasn't bad, caring person always there for their employees. Co-workers were hard workers, may have slacked a little bit, but never missed a single order. Hardest part of my job was customer satisfactory. Being apart of a team was the most enjoyable part of the job."

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says

"It is supposed to be a multi cultural working environment but really it was always harder for me being the only one that was not from their country. a lot of the work was done and then turned in by someone else so it looks like they are getting their job done and I was not doing my probably when in reality I was doing the general manager's job as well as shift leaders and cooks and expeditors and was not getting pay or recognition. Some of the employees were like familyToo far of a drive, not enough pay, not enough recognition, and not even get the bonus"

Cook/Prep (Current Employee) says

"Flexible hours, the work load is what youd expect from a fast food place. Like i stated its a temp job, easy at times overwhelming at others specially during weekends. Not exactly the type of place youd want to stay for too long."

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"I felt very isolated due to the fact that I was the only English speaker that worked there, seemed like other employees would intentionally leave me out on meetings and conversations"
